
Rebecca Marie Reck is an engineering education researcher, systems engineer, photographer, and crafter. She is a Teaching Associate Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she earned her Ph.D. in Systems and Entrepreneurial Engineering.
Previously, she was an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Kettering University in Flint, Michigan. For many years she was a systems engineer in the Systems and Software group in the Fight Control Systems Department at Rockwell Collins. She has also earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University and Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
