This student activity ticket was carried by Ditty Daniel during her 1941-1942 studies at what became Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. "Ditty" is the nickname for Mary Ellen Daniel, who graduated in 1944 and went on to be a Chicago Public Schools teacher for 37 years.
